OEMTools in coordination with CAS of New England offers automotive application PC support via our 'Live-On-Line' support program. Customers have access to our support system via telephone to our in-house techs and our field tech reps plus our PC 'Live-On-Line' support system that allows for total support for any automotive application PC. Computer operating issues, Computer hardware failures, Scan Tool application issues and diagnostic support are all part of our total support package. If you are not currently a subscriber to this program please contact us for further details or to establish an account.

If you're a C.A.S. customer with a current Annual Support Agreement, this free service can be initiated by contacting our technical support toll-free at 1-877-263-4897 and obtaining a 6-digit code to enter below.
